Shaqo Kaab Solutions was founded and is led by Idil Ibrahim Aden, an experienced Human Resources professional, consultant and business leader with more than 25 years of professional experience spanning human resources management, organizational development, workforce transformation, learning and development, HR systems, performance management, business management and institutional capacity development across multiple industries.
Her consulting philosophy is built around understanding each organization before prescribing solutions, combining international HR practices with local and regional realities, developing internal capability, and ensuring that consulting recommendations can be implemented.
