Job Purpose

The Accountant Intern supports the client’s day-to-day accounting function, maintaining accurate records and assisting with cash flow monitoring, invoicing and basic financial reporting under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records: invoices, receipts, payment documents and supplier entries.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support collections follow-up.
• Assist with analysing service costs, revenue and profitability.
• Support month-end financial statements, budgets and management reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (stated in the original posting as mandatory for female applicants). No prior professional experience is required; prior accounting experience or familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not essential. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency (reading and writing) are required.
